Long Stays – No more Hotel rooms

At Harrogate Serviced Apartments we are happy to accommodate people who require a stay for several weeks or longer, up to a year.

If you find yourself and the family in one of the following situations, we would like you to stay with us –

• In between a house moves
• Your home is being renovated and you need a home from home environment until completion
• Corporate relocation to the area or surrounding areas until you have found your long term property
• Business secondment to the area or surrounding area for a few weeks, months or more
• Summer school for European visitors with children studying specific studies

Our apartments are fully equipped with everything you would need while away from home and everything is inclusive, unlike a normal Landlords Short Term Tenancy Agreement where you would have the additional costs of property rates, utility bills and WiFi fees, with Harrogate Serviced Apartments everything is included, see below –

What’s included?

•  All utility bills – gas, electric, WiFi, Council Tax, Water – everything.
• A free weekly service Clean for 8 nights stay or longer.

Service Cleans

For stays of 8 nights or more, we provide a free weekly service clean, which includes a change of linen, refreshing of towels and a general apartment clean – all free of charge. If you would prefer this to be on a more regular basis, there would be a charge.

I’m sure we will have an apartment to suit your size as they range from one to four bedrooms with three bathrooms, we can offer stays to either single guests or families.

Tariffs

Nightly tariffs for longer stays of 30 nights or more will be reduced to reflect the length of stay, and dependent on the time of year, therefore please call for a private quotation and to discuss your requirements and we will suggest the best apartment and tariff for the duration of your stay.
